Emotions
Emotions weave the heart's lament, They can shatter what was once content. They can spark anew, a chance to mend, Yet can unravel, make you bend. At times, my heart is frayed, it’s true, Yet other moments, hope breaks through; A fresh beginning beckons with its art, Yet still I feel the weight, it pulls apart. When faith ignites, and dreams take flight, That’s when the tender ache ignites the night. With every fragment, I seek to reclaim, The strength to rise and start again, unashamed. A wish for dawn, to let my heart soar, To radiate freely, burden no more. To shine through darkness, a beacon bright, To banish the shadows and reclaim my light. Emotions may cloud the path we tread, They whisper loneliness, a song of dread. Yet, armed with courage, we will ignite, A inner fire, reminding us— we are light.
