Emotional Wreckage

I've been your bow and your stern, Your sail and your deck I've helmed our little boat over rough seas, through storms on an uncharted course I'm in need of repair, my sails are tattered, My bow and my stern are weak, my deck splintered and worn I cannot go on, the sea has consumed me and I am going down

Hoist your tattered sails,head to that shore. See it... It is closer than you think. Your poem expresses emotional turmoil and that feeling of futility so well. A fav....

Hi Donna, You are so sweet to express your concern.....Life has it's ups and downs, I merely was addressing one of those times one feels like they are drowning. But I am well and have moved on!
