Embracing my Child Within
In the depths of my being, where love is alive, a child within lies
I seek to embrace my child within, with grace uncontrived.
With open arms, I welcome each fragment and flaw,
For within this acceptance, I will discover life's awe.
Embrace, gentle heart, both shadow and light,
For in this union, I know true beauty will take flight.
Let not the scars of my past hold me in chains any further
But rather, let them guide me through life's shifting plains.
With empathy as my guide, I traverse the unknown,
Embracing each fear, to seeds of courage grown.
In the dance of vulnerability, I find my true strength,
For my child within’s embrace is boundless, without length.
Let kindness be my anthem, that echoes through me,
As I embrace my child within with unwavering glee.
In this sanctuary, love's warmth is abounding,
And I will uncover treasures beneath life's bittersweet.
With unrelenting grace, I surrender to the flow,
Embracing my child within’s essence, letting it bloom and grow.
For in this tender embrace, miracles will unfurl,
As I embrace the depths, and the essence of my world.
