Embrace Me Somehow
Enjoy my solitude and fill the void of my voice, my voice
I want to feel unhaunted and taunted by your noise
Oceanic thoughts make me feel numb and alive…
Survive the wilderness of lies and you will arrive
In the conspicuous conscience frame of mind…
Becoming trapped and left far behind…behind…
Silence has made me bleed through
The pages of rue…yeah, embrace me too…
I’m waiting, anticipating whether or not I’ll survive
The storms in my mind’s eye…how am I alive?
I’m praying to embrace my conspicuous conscience…
Hiding and holding on to a subconscious mind of radiance
Tender hope left me feeling down
Drowning in the darkness below
Sea of sorrow, I’m sick of this town
Pain in my brain starts to spin round and round
Somethings lost but never found…found…found…
In the conspicuous conscience frame of mind…
Becoming trapped and left far behind…behind…
Silence has made me bleed through
The pages of rue…yeah, embrace me too…
I’m praying to embrace my conspicuous conscience…
Hiding and holding on to a subconscious mind of radiance —
I need deliverance from the Lord
But, His healing, I cannot afford
Out of the blue,
I’m done with you
Can’t you relieve me of this grief?
I need a reason to believe so I’m withering like a leaf
You left me behind…get out of my head of dread
You hardened my heart of hated, healing progress instead…
