Embodying the Light

Within your heart, a brilliant glow
A sacred flame, let it grow
Shine forth kindness, love, and grace
Light up this dark and lonely place

Radiate warmth to all you meet
Illuminate every single shadowed street
Be the beacon that guides the way
Turn night into an enlightened day

Your inner light can change the world
In our hearts, hope is tightly curled
Waiting for a spark to fan ablaze
Setting the skies alight as heads begin to raise

So embody the light in all you do
Let goodness shine in all you pursue
For you are the star that burns so bright
Forever chasing away the night
