Emancipation From the Seconds

Don't cry for time.
It should be the last thing on your mind.

There's never gonna be enough,
So don't torture yourself.
You're always gonna spend too much,
So stop trying to keep it on the shelf.

Don't cry for what you've wasted
And what you'll never have.
Start thinking you do pretty well
Instead of feeling bad.

Laugh the seconds off.
Since when can they hold you?
