Emotion Cause and Effect

Emotions a strange and funny thing
Its cause and effect and the actions they bring
We cry with laughter we cry when we're sad
It makes no sense at all and seems a bit mad
So.....lets look at emotion and what does it mean
Its not as straightforward as it may seem
Emotions been pondered since time immemorial
The answers not in a library or learnt in a tutorial
Its something you can see-feel-touch and get caught out by
Like the passing of a loved one or a babies first cry
The look in a Childs eye Christmas morning
Gazing at your soul mate as they wake up yawning
The disabled affected with complete frustration
When you gaze up at the night sky ...complete creation
Tsunami's hurricanes lives devastated
The feeling you get when you feel underrated
The tears that were spilt when the twin towers fell
The elation of a nation when Mandela left his cell
When the wall came down and Germany was once again one
The assassination of Kennedy forever gone
How the world wept as one when we lost Diana
The hatred for the paparazzi how she died in that manner
Your very first kiss the first time you dated
The miracle of nature in all she’s created
So many emotions for so many feelings
From deepest grief to euphoric ceilings
So whether on cloud nine or unable to cope
Emotion will out and bring on hope

~ (~) ~ This Shameless Way ~ (~) ~

Because I know now through God hate drives all good things away. Grace moves to accept
them either way, love offers this with all its fortitude, generosity of spirit. Hope and fate
believe in this cry mercy remain willing, open in their welcome, for all to embrace them,
through faith.

Joy victorious proclaims this peace, "His love always sustains!" Time tick tock tick tock still all
hands together they weep for this, because they know trammeled lagging behind the devil's
hate forever remains.

Determinative manifest its genuine ignominy, and ignorance persist.

Grown up the weeds fixed in place dug in deep beneath sprouting-up-all-around-them-their-
heart-of-hearts I see them peregrinating along with me as I go on down my way as they go
higher and higher grown up along tall cold stone dusty walls quietly quelling everyone,
everything in their efforts even the innocent cry of the voice of liberty bellowing out around-
above-and within the walls for all the trammeled ones rightful claim to blamelessness.

Love aware hearing this storms-in-breaks through the ramparts overtly offers for all its'
clemency wishing yes wanting only for them to know this shameless way, granting them,
absolution.

One Last Cry

Tonight I grant myself one last cry
Tonight I cry because I forgot to love me
Tonight I cry because I finally set You free
Tonight I cry because You never really loved me
Tonight I cry for all my delusional dreams and fantasies
Tonight I cry for my soul was wounded by your false perception of true love
Tonight I cry because I lost my joy
Tonight I cry because I used my body as your dumping ground
Tonight I cry because I heard HIM say my child when you cry so do I
Tonight I cry because I’m happy that HE LOVES ME…
TONIGHT I CRY BECAUSE JESUS SAVED ME…….

Emancipation From the Seconds

Don't cry for time.
It should be the last thing on your mind.

There's never gonna be enough,
So don't torture yourself.
You're always gonna spend too much,
So stop trying to keep it on the shelf.

Don't cry for what you've wasted
And what you'll never have.
Start thinking you do pretty well
Instead of feeling bad.

Laugh the seconds off.
Since when can they hold you?
