You say the right words,
and I, even "we" hear them.
I take them from the air and I eat them.
I digest them and pretend I am...
no longer hungry.
I can not be starving as that is against the law.
No child will be left behind.
They chanted it from the towers,
down... to the low places,
to the small spaces,
where we went to school.
But did they mean it?
Did they care?
Everywhere?
Don't stare!
We trusted those that were in charge,
and lived to see the TV set...
take over our families,
one by one,
and then...
change our points of view.
We watched our lives as they should be,
dished out to us in big-screen amounts.
Heroes and fictional happenings,
that gave a steady voice to the darkness,
all around.
In plain sight, right before us...
things are unsettled,
even people,
like puppets on strings.
Costumes,
judged upon,
as if they are not trolls for the other side,
but advocates for oneness.
The total plan... a lie.
.
Now here I say to you,
there are things that are real.
Be still...
Be quiet...
Watch for the bright...
bright, Light,
and the return of the King!
