Elevator Called Life

Elevator called Life

Life is like an elevator - Up it goes I am told

We are all in it - Some faster, some slower

Some travel with me - Don't know how long

They will stay with me, where will they alight?

Final Destination - No one has seen

One who reaches it never reports back

The Elevator called Life - keeps opening

In between - Like stations that pop up

On our way to destination in a moving train

Only problem is the doors won't open

Where we intend to - like a prison cell we get stuck

Key is finding a way to open it where we intend to when we want to

Life is indeed an elevator - Not certain where it will open

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
