Elemental

ELEMENTAL

You think that I am Fire
And needing air to burn
Yet I think you’re water
But no tap that I can turn
Yet I do have boiling oil
Bubbling in a copper urn

At times you seem cold
And show little concern
We’re warm when together
An outcome that I yearn
But as temperature rises
Steam is easy to discern

Excellent job on describing the relationship between fire and water. Great job in inserting the personification of those two elements. Congratulations on your win in my contest.
