Element of Life
I'm of the earth on which I stand,
A God of choice inside a man,
As mountains crumble at my knees,
The fountains rumble toward the seas...
I'm of the wind before the breeze,
Above the storm that bends the trees,
In every gust of air that makes,
Each one of us commit to take...
I'm of the fire and the burn,
The suns desire as it returns,
Forging night and day in flames,
Until your life and death's the same.I'm of
the waters as it flows,
Below its mortar under tow,
Each ripple that becomes a wake,
Quadripuling before the break...
I am the elements combined,
Until a soul that's less divine,
Of earth ,of fire ,of water & air,
Give birth to a higher form of despair....
