Elder Cobwebs and Dust
I’ve often heard it said
elders have empty heads
where cobwebs
encrust each corner
and memories sit
gathering dust
But….
If you take the time
to sit and listen well
those crusted corners
with memory jewels
will glean for you
wisdom’s lust
