This poem is an ekphrasis of Edvard Munch's "Bathing Man". I would provide an image, but the painting in question is a nude study, and though done in the abstract expressionist style, I fear it nonetheless would be vetoed according to the website's regulations. It is easliy found via Google search. Like most artists Munch produced several variations on this theme; this one was painted in 1918 and features a sole adult male, standing in water, looking down, it seems, at his feet.

Behold the bather astride the river, resplendent in rainbow-dappled nudity his sense of light and air and wetness ebbs and flows like his emotions, colors shift and swirl in response to the universe of his creativity.
