Ego and Self
Ego is the sense of separation,
identified with the body and mind,
thus feeling distanced from God’s creation,
from the source of love and light, misaligned
but as a child, joyful, loving and kind,
the truth of our Self is then recognised,
with the light that lights all lights realised.
