ML...yummy! my nightly curries often include aubergines, my favorite being those Asian purple-spiraled beauties! mmm! I will try your recipe, sounds delish!

I am so glad I never liked eggplant, the consistency bothers me. This is the first one of these you have written that does not have me salivating.
