                                 Baked Eggplant Casserole
                                    Garden fresh Eggplant
                               Battered fried to golden brown
                                  Layered shredded cheese
                                      Tomato herb sauce
                                           Happy mouth
                                                Best!

Linda-Marie Sweetheart July 21, 2010 at 2:43 PM Almost the way I make it Italian Style Sara.. we add spices of oregano and parsley to heighten the flavors and lots of parmesean cheese also along with regular American sliced cheese.. yummy poem.. enjoyed.. with luv..
