Eel Looking for a Deal

eel sped off with amazing zeal
he’d heard there was a sale on fresh veal
fancied it for his midday meal
but it was not a fantastic deal

saw a lively red lure from a reel
it had a strange weird ugly feel
he remembered his grandpa eel’s spiel
swam past it in the waters, teal
heard about lamb that was a steal
