Eek a Vampire

An eerie cry the wind did make
In a darkened lonely place
Haunting silence it did break
This ghastly whitened face
All its life and color gone
A once real human being
Had all its blood there withdrawn
By a ghastly vampire thing!
All the people there in the town
The doctor and the priest
Batted every window down
Against this scary beast
Finally when the morning came
And when the dark had turned to day
This vampire was not the same
It’s only night they act this way!

Good poem, this actually helped me think about what to write because I have to write a poem on vampires so thanks for sharing it. :)
