Edsel's Folly

You gotta give credit to old Henry Ford!

He made the Model "T", a car folks could afford.

But along came Edsel who created a well-known heap!

His infamous Edsel would've made the Old Man weep!

Fun. Brevity is the best way to explain that old heap.

Great write Bob. It could be that the Edsel was just too far ahead of its time. Push button controls on a car still might be a thing of the future. But the Edsel will forever be linked with a complete engineering and marketing flop.
