Edge of Reason

Everything you say effects me profoundly
Melts my heart or makes my blood boil
Hanging on your every word waiting to hear the verdict in this case
I am on the edge waiting to hear how I will feel today

I am sick of living on the edge
Not knowing how I will feel at any given moment
Depending on you for my excitement
Feeling complacement when you are far away
