Eclipsed
Prevented,
Left behind,
Covered in black
The world is color blind,
Lost,
In a world of tragedy,
With a wall preventing,
The vivid ways
That lead into darkness,
Our skin is cold as ice,
And our faces are pale,
Our bodies release poison,
That is created by our sorrow,
The colors of the world are gone,
Dull, is the color of the sun,
Everlasting, are the tears wecry,
Stars are falling from the grey sky,
A vague hiss we hear,
Slithering into our ear,
Hope will not appear,
Inexplicable lies triggering fear,
The humming sounds of sad music,
Singing with the hazy wind,
With the drops of rain falling tenderly,
Representing tears,
Eclipsed,
We find our souls,
Blaming life but never ourselves,
We never see the truth,
Blinded,
We never can see,
The truth that has been told,
Eclipsed are our eyes,
We never can see that in our hand lies a blind fold...
