Eclipse

if you are encompassed by darkness
i will tell you about the sun
you are here, no escape
from the actions you have done
you will cry all alone
but it does not mean a thing to me

knowing the song i will sing
you wade in a pool of despair
come to me, i will repeat my tune
it's tragic to watch a thing so fair
screaming and shedding crimson tears
my words do not mean a thing to you

i hope you see the sun
someday, after the darkness

but you can never see the sun
ever in the darkness

it does not much matter to me
