Echoes From the Other Side

In my dreams you sang to me,
while hidden in the mist...
As I knelt upon your grave,
with flowers in my fist.
I felt your spirit close to mine,
like memories that I keep...
Is it easier to sing to me
while I am fast asleep?
How tangible these dreams of mine,
yet also quite surreal...
Do these echoes from the other side
have something to reveal?
