Ebony and Ivory
On the chessboard of this life
There is only black and white
Through the struggles and the strife
We must always fight with might
On the piano’s keys of life
Again there’s only black and white
And although white is indeed rife
You can’t make a song with only light
And even if, life is a dice
It would only be black and white
Then why does gray still entice
And try to change us into night
We are sinners in this life
But if you turn your ways to light
Gray can never be suffice
For a touch of black, God will smite.
