Easter Puzzle

I've wondered how a tiny seed, could make an Apple tree, but after taking science, It's simple as can be! Then I wondered how Columbus, knew the earth was round, but history answered that for me, Without a single sound. 'Course I had a lot of trouble, understanding about the sea, but Geography knew the answer "Twas easy then for me. Now I'm really awfully smart, and for answers seldom beg, but now I have to ask, "How does a Bunny lay an egg"?

Very clever, this piece is. The roots of holiday traditions are always so obscure... I think this "egg-laying" bunny is something we've always wondered about...
