Easter Monday

God switched on the sun light. the budding leaves aglow. dimmer switch brightens sight. hues of woodland, gung ho. rise from bulbs, leaves like wings, soaked in water-retreat. glass vase - fingerprint clings. tulips cupped, bittersweet. sans leftovers of crumbs, spotless rug brings to mind the conversation hums, ham and turkey rewind. 4/18/2022
