propped up in her bed
cuddling the new pink bunny
her wan face lights up

Paul, a heartwarming and touching poem expressed in tender sentiments the Easter delight of a sick little girl. Moving, beautiful and subtly done my friend. My warmest wishes always are with you.. Susan

Were my poems to be read and explained in class, I would want you to be the teacher to do it, Susan:) Thank you for making the explanation sound so easy. Warm regards, my friend. // paul

Hi Lynn! It was exactly a children's hospital that I had in mind! Racoons are sweet and their dense fur makes them quite cuddly. I like the mask on their face, too. ~ I hope you too will have a lovely and blessed Easter:) Regards // paul

Yes, Jan, Valentins liked the poem, but she was sorry for the sick girl (she caught on after she understood what 'wan' meant). Hugs // paul
