Memories, like fine wine, sweeten with age; cavalier ways, become less defiant. And in life's book, tears saturate the page; bemoaning times Hope was non-compliant. I sense your pain, anxiety, and fear, rattling the very foundations of trust. And I catch you wiping away a tear as your tinder heart threatens to combust. In games of love, hearts get easily bluffed; ignoring the odds, they go all in, blind. And dreams drift like a dandelion tuft, floating in the back of your conscious mind. But if you gamble on love, you may lose, while your rejected ego bears the bruise.

Good one, Emile. Love is always the biggest gamble of them all.
