Earthquake

Life rumbles like a strong earthquake
While trying to keep feet on the ground
Stable, settling, through all the shaking
Trying not to fall into some deep crevice
With no way out, never able to get out
Trying to believe in the next bright sunrise
To bring new things, something, anything,
To rise above the bold shaking all around,
The shaking within, the answers unreachable
At a time when answers are needed the most
So much strain, just trying to get through
Trapped by falling boulders, in every direction
Trying to see the flower of the present moment
Peeking through, knowing this moment is alright
Knowing the beauty will grow and I will be with it
Then one day, all will be still, quiet, peaceful
 -----------Everything will be alright -------------

There's a lot going on in this well written poem Heidi, I think everything has an opposite, every negative has a positive, enjoyed, Roy. :-)

Keep holding on my friend, things will get better, they always seem to no matter what. When you see that flower, you will see an endless field of blooms, every color under the sun just for you.
