Earthly Reasons

The fires in the sky
are burning away the leaves.
Causing forest fires,
which destroys our trees.

And yet we still stand there
and do nothing to help
like fire works were happening.
We loosen our grasp

which holds mother nature
in the grip of our hands.
Until mother earth
begins to take a stand

In chaos and destruction
will our lives suffer immensely
,but truly through
the fire that burns our freedom.

We must receive punishment
in order for each
and everyone to come
to an agreement.

In uniting us-a-people
to strike at our created problem
until it is solved
and put into good words
like the national anthem.
