Earthen Beauty

Carving a place into your earth
Calling it our own
We boast self-reliance
Yet search for you upon earthly faces
Comparing their eyes to your sea, your stars, your sky
Desiring for your earth to kiss us back
To hold us gently
Until we fall heavily
Into your arms

This is a strong piece. I like the thought behind it...Raul
