When darkness blocks out the sun,
shadows move over the starry sky.
They will not leave you tense or spun,
Nothing above a fleeting cloud sigh.
Do not let them ruin your halcyon day,
with what they do and what they say.
That was futile and would never arise,
Just rising fogs to wipe tears from eyes.
And if a severe blow were to be sent,
Don't trust this as the final content.
You'll learn once you've hiked the hill,
None to fret over; it's a cloud in a drill.
I glide on memories above each cloud,
Scarlet dusk is chased by a slit of light.
I drew your image with a bright mound,
Until the gilded sky is bathed in delight.
