Duty Done

Warily watching, panning.
One meercat sharply scanning,
Gallantly guarding buddies
From all the big bad hoodies.
Falcons flying, cats hunting,
sneaky snakes, wild boars grunting.
Duty done, feeding time fun!

What a great start you had on PS! Wonderful and wild alliteration! I feel as though I’m in the scene!

Kim, I'm still laughing imagining you at the top of a small shrub, head going every which way, your hands held out, aw rolling on the floor now. Phew, haven't laughed like that in long time. Thank you.

Thanks for my first comment JAN, it has taken from when you first posted to now to find how to reply, sad, but hey ho there far worse things in life. I have had a read of some of yours and if I can remember how I got to here I'll have some nice words to say on yours. Thanks again, have a great Sunday, Mick
