Dust In the Website

Cobwebs catching settling dust,
they save me much work.
Machinery showing rust,
a colorful quirk.

It’s all a total must.
It’s part of what is.
like a pie with a crust,
a soda with fizz.

One shouldn’t sweat the small stuff,
like a dust bunny under the bed,
or a golf ball in the rough.
They’re just cobwebs in one's head.

A fun write, Robert!:) "rust, a colorful quirk"...that one grabbed my at my thoughts! Oh, and that "dust bunny", s'ok when its sleeping under the bed, but not fun when air starts making it hop around? I really enjoyed this write, thanks for sharing Robert! Best wishes...Mikki :)

This poem of yours makes me feel so much better. We have so many animals that housekeeping is difficult. The spider webs are so thick that they have trapped even the spiders. Splendid write, dear Robert. Love, daver

Clever! You take dust to a higher level and I'm sure Francine will love it as I do.
