Dungeons In My Mind
I’ve been building dungeons in my mind,
For far too long,
Yearning for what is lost and, so far
From my spirit’s, home,
I’m living in the lost citadel of my mind,
Where reality is tainted,
By the agenda of my youth,
Pursuing the spiritual nourishment,
I left behind,
Passionately seeking the consummate truth.
Why should I search for,
What I don’t know I don’t know,
While the chorus in my heart refuses to stay.
But, there is no were for it to go,
My solace comes from knowing,
Clouds are cheap,
But, is that enough,
To wake me from this emotional sleep?
