My neighbor is always fixing game, as her husband is an avid hunter. I will have to tell her to try the pastrami sausage version of wild duck. (Yesterday she borrowed some flour from me, ...she was cooking Elk stew, and wanted to make dumplings!). Yes ...we live in the country! :) P.S. Thank you for your encouragement in my poetry attempts! I'm learning from all of you! ~Carrie
