Drunken Moon

Life's gaze guzzler
Drowning face deep in flaked soot
shines waxing crescent.

What an interesting idea of the moon. He's an alcoholic. Good write, Hamilton!

Unique way to describe the moon ... the "gaze guzzler" ... very fitting, as I've stared at her many times dumbfounded.
