Drum Toys

I hear the echoes of days gone by
in your voice tonight and I sigh

Does she still live in your heart
don't tell me, i don't want to get smart

but I can feel my throat getting bigger
lets look at the bright side I figure

Will we meet tonight but I'm alright alone
I know nothing at all is ever set in stone

But a lovely quote I wrote for my alumni
Susan Mills essence will always live here; not shy

As we step on echoes of our past
Yours screams out, "i'm hard to get and it's a blast!"

Drum now, drum now boy!
I have sights set on my toy...
