Drug Deal Gone Bad
There is so much pressure for people to make it in
our Society,
Youths are willing to indulge in impropriety,
Their ideology that money gives them power
and respect, puts them in the clutches of drug dealers' debt,
To get the best girl, there is nothing some young boys wouldn't do,
spoiling them becomes the purpose for illicit revenue,
Nobody informs them that drug deals can go bad,
leaving them maimed and hurt, or,
perhaps, dead before their time,
Then, there is no chance to spend a nickel or a dime,
The hope of catching the pot of gold at the end of a
rainbow becomes a sour dream,
Life is no longer beautiful or peaches and cream,
Only death and destruction remain,
after drug tirades.
