Drowning

Be strong, or so they say
I am trying so hard..
I am not okay.

Reach out, I am here for you
that's what I hear

I have reached as far as I can
just to have no one near

I can't push myself to do anything
the house is surely a mess

I am constantly drowning
always living in constant distress

Talk about it
you will surely feel better

Haven't left my house in days
I blame it on the weather

But the sun was out today
Nothing feels different
Please someone just stay

I am drowning
