Drowning

Be strong, or so they say I am trying so hard.. I am not okay. Reach out, I am here for you that's what I hear I have reached as far as I can just to have no one near I can't push myself to do anything the house is surely a mess I am constantly drowning always living in constant distress Talk about it you will surely feel better Haven't left my house in days I blame it on the weather But the sun was out today Nothing feels different Please someone just stay I am drowning

This is beautifully expressed Laken. We really feel your emotions. One the best ways to calm a restless mind is to go swimming, or do some physical activity that 'force' you out the house:) Amitiés

Awe, Laken, if you were nearby me, I'd pick you up and go for a ride or a run in the park. Running usually works for me when I feel like drowning. Be strong and a big hug :)
