Drowning

I drowned in the ocean of tranquilly
I was like driftwood
turning deeply in the empathic sea

My orbs
became my listening device
soft mud preserved my rib cage

In the eyes of the believer
I sojourn  meekly
anointing the hereafter
hungry like Lazarus
with my long knows
