Droplets

As i left the house this day
i made a point to pray;
my heart sank seeing the skies
my lips put out to dry.

So as i usually do
my prayers see me through;
i begged the Lord, "no rain"
i begged, cast out the pain.

As i reached my pit-stop point
the skies all out of joint;
in His mercy He would hold
even droplets, oh! my, no!

The Lord held thus the clouds
my prayers from my mouth;
in His mercy answered thus
my prayers into verse.

A lesson to be learnt
His Love ne'er abandon;
the skies to shine for all
His Mercies never small!

Amen!

maybe its my phobia towards the weather, maybe the dark clouds send me into prayerful panic, or maybe i just can't see the road when it rains; but in His Mercy, we make it through the day. for that, we are thankful to Christ and pray He will always cover us. to the drivers out there, "God Bless, and drive safely!" Amen!
