conscientious today
sharing my poetic light
penning my very first wonderful kerf
figuring out a way
to pen my unique insight
confidence shaken by blue papa smurf
in the manner of Joyce
there is a smile on my face
skating across ice as snow bunnies surf
dredging up my own voice
winning this poetic race
sliding into home as others windsurf
