Dreary Dark Dismal Day
A dreary dark dismal day
Ruined now
Wet and dripping
My mood has changed into an Eyeore mood
Everything bad coming my way
Angry without knowing why
Socks getting wet through my stupid shoes
Would rain boots have helped?
I remember you wanted me to have some.
Those pink ones you tried to give me with polka dots
But I was angry with you that day, my friend.
I am angry a lot.
Punishing myself by not allowing myself boots
Or your friendship
Not even sure what I’ve done.
Just hating myself
The dhramned rain is not helping
