This fight is strange
This fight is weird
Fight to live every day
Then grow a beard!

Fight to get out
Fight to breathe 
Fight to walk
Fight to teeth

Learn how to avoid the blows
Learn how to hide the tears
Learn how to see the world
Learn how to miss the years

See through your own lies
Know other people’s tears
Learn all about yourself
Survive years of fears

Remember what it is
Remember what you are
Remember what you believe
When you’re pushed too far

Storms will crack the night
Dreams will scare and scar
Remember that little child
Remember you got this far
