Dreams of a Boom

Dreams of a boom
shudders the heart
The wild crack of opportunity
where to appear
seamlessly not welcome here

Spent most of my days in a caravan
When it pours it never stops
A trouble cured
for a drowning man
Like a distant dream
His shirt is white
but he walks on stilts
