Dreams Like Light-Waves

Dreams like light-waves,
in my memory.
Birds of loneliness,
night-songs,
flowering days,
gone.
Tides,
waves of silence
forced
into daydreams.
The horizon,
verges – dissolving
like far desires.
In the hours of silence,
falls remembrance
like autumn leaves
in an uncertain future.
Dreams remain
like light-waves
in my thoughts.

This really speaks to the heart of lonliness, well being without one's days of youth. Of longing. I really like this one. To favs! Luv, Andrea

Night dreams and daydreams are good..Without our dreams we are lost in a deep rut..Putting some goals together with those dreams brings results..Thanks for the kind comments on my work about the birds in my back yard enjoying the sprinkler..I saw on tv this person who had worked with a parrot and the parrot could name colors and things like toy cars, trucks, and others..The person doing the work had to have patience in excess to do the training but to me it showed that animals are smart..Sara
