Dreams

At night, in dreams
My soul takes flight
And I may live a million lives.

Sometimes rich
Sometimes poor
Each one stranger
Than before.

Sometimes in colors
Bold and Bright

Sometimes no colors
Fill my nights.

But, when the sun comes up
And I awake
It all just seems too hard to take.

No matter where my dreams
Have lead
I'm still the same old me instead.

used to never rememeber dreams--but lately I keep having medical or work dreams that are not good. what is up with that?
