Dreams

I have only dreams- you were yesterdays,
how you invade my lonely heart and restless mind,
But, in this world you do not see me,
should i cry for you a river- fill the sea with shed tears?
Yet, I fear you would still not be mine.

I have only words, dreams and hopes,
my heart broken like glass- yet, as the fragments fall-
I hold onto your image and precious memories,
And your words spoken softly to me in the night,
Yet, I fear you could never be mine.
