Dreaming Away

Many times throughout my day I take time out to get away, I don't get away physically My way out most times is mentally, I like to go way deep in thought Searching for that perfect spot, A spot to help me soothe my pain Where I unwind and release strain, With my eyes closed so soft and light I see places I've never seen with sight, During these times I dream like that Hours pass in no time flat, Some may think dreams just waste time Now who said that was such a crime? And now the time has come for me To dream some more, don't you agree?
